Growing Ways of Knowing

Adeptive Advisory is a specialist service provider that challenges professionals, leaders, teams and organisations to enhance their 'adeptive capacity' - their ability to develop and weave together different ways of professionally knowing - so that they are equipped to benefit from conscious and conscientious actionable knowledge in dynamic environments. It does this through three primary lenses: maps (to know your way), movement (to chart courses of learning and action) and mentorship (to lead 'knowingly').

Founded in 2019 by Jason Renshaw, Adeptive Advisory works from a deep experience and knowledge base around all things learning and development going back more than 25 years, specializing in professional skills, creativity, communication, culture, leadership, management and learning innovation applied globally across a rich variety of industries and sectors.

Meet Jason Renshaw

Jason is a ground-breaking CxO and highly experienced educator and executive coach. A former Executive Director of the Australian School of Applied Management, Women & Leadership Australia and the National Excellence in School Leadership Initiative (NESLI), he has led innovative and highly research-informed development programs for tens of thousands of professionals from all parts of the globe across a wide variety of business sectors.

Jason has held several C-suite roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Learning Officer, Chief Culture Officer and Chief Development Officer across large organisations, SMEs and startups.

He did pioneering work with the University of Melbourne to transform the design and delivery of their graduate courses, and was the lead author for an Integrated Skills Series of coursebooks published with Pearson Education that went on to sell several million copies in more than 30 countries worldwide.
