What is it?

The Prospective Skills Assessment Instrument (ProSkAI) is a self-evaluation mechanism designed to help you understand your capacity with attitudes, skills, knowledge and abilities from the World Economic Forum's Global Skills Taxonomy and compare them to current and future forecasted skill priorities based on the WEF's most up to date Future of Jobs Report.

The ProSkAI takes 25-45 minutes to complete, depending on how much time and thought different candidates prefer to put into their responses. A full report based on the assessment is made available to candidates within 48 hours.
